Verified Renter Great building, very clean, great staff especially the concierges, and love the basketball court! The bridge to the grocery store is such a time saver also!

Great apartment. The... (Verified Renter) Great apartment. The value compared to size of apartments is a little off, but it's a hot neighborhood so makes sense. Living here overall was great, I never had any issues and would definitely recommend this property or any others managed by Lincoln to anyone I know.

K2 takes such... (Verified Renter) K2 takes such great care of its residents. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, I hear back promptly and the issue is always fixes. Amenities are great and I feel safe during covid due to restrictions (elevator, gym capacity) k2 has set up.
