Verified Renter Its about the location for me first, apartment types second and pool third. K2 Apartments have all three! The Jewel-Osco walk-way is definitely and added bonus amenity, especially on cold winter weather days or rainy days.
Verified Renter My pup and I absolutely love living at K2 so much we are going on our 4th lease here! The staff is incredibly friendly, the building is well maintained, the amenities are great, and the community is super dog friendly.
Verified Renter Its pretty ok here but the price has gone up alot. The staff is good, the amenities and appliances work well. The neighbors are ok. There has been an increase in events if you like that stuff.

It’s frustrating that the amenities all close at 10PM, including the party room. When booking/renting the space out for a party, 10PM seems early to have people out by, however, I understand this is maintenance has time to clean up. Verified Renter Just moved in last month but my husband has lived here for 5 years! Overall we have had a great experience. Maintenance is very responsive and quick [if you put in a request in the morning, they will be there by the early afternoon]. Common areas are kept extremely clean. Concierge is helpful. Love that there is a bridge connection to Jewel Osco.
