Verified Renter K2 is a great place to live. It's in a fabulous part of town with great restaurants nearby. The building is always clean, staff is prompt when maintenance requests are made with great communications. The apartment has very nice amenities, pool, workout center, theater, party rooms etc.

Verified Renter Very relaxing and quiet atmosphere. The nice and casual walk to nearby restaurants is a plus. A leisurely walk to Michigan Ave is minutes away. The view are incredible from every angle! Just don't like the train notice.
Verified Renter Have been here for over 4 years and love the convenience of the location, maintenance requests and overall ease of living in this building. We have been in 2 units so far and have loved both. I would love to make more use of all of the great amenities such as the theater, basketball court, pool table and swimming pool but have not made it a priority. Looking forward to doing that in the upcoming months!
Verified Renter Just renewed my lease to stay at K2 apartments so that speaks volumes. Very affordable compared to other buildings in the area. Staff has been friendly and responsive whenever a maintenance issue has occurred.

Verified Renter A bit expensive. The internet seems to throttle down pretty substantially during peak hours. To the point that I had issues with carrying video calls. Building is well maintained and always staffed.
