As it relates to the physical aspect of the apartments I would say these are great. But when it comes to dealing with management, it often feels draining to get help on a request. Often times mistakes on their end happen over and over again. Some of the managers live in the building and they are not very hospitable when you see them in public.
We have lived in K2 since July and have had nothing but a positive experience. COVID-19 has changed the way multi-unit buildings work. K2 has handled the changes with grace. There are hand sanitizer stations throughout the building and common areas are always clean! My husband and I feel extremely safe living here.

Very nice building and amenities. The staff is attentive, the property grounds are clean and its a great location.
When I first moved into K2 everything was great, 4 years later things were falling apart. The pedestrian bridge locks sometimes break causing residents to have to walk around the block to gain entry to k2, in winter doors to the garage are blocked off with tape and plastic which prevents residents from easily accessing the facilities.
