Verified Renter I like the building. I wish there was a rooftop that would be dope but I do love my balcony. The garage has been broken for a long time. I don’t really have any complaints except prices.

Verified Renter Great location. Pool lacks sunlight so not great but doable. Could use theatre more for just keeping open and running sports games so people can freely go in to watch a game. Maintenance and concierge and office staff very responsive. Could use to go cups and napkins at the coffee area. Overall good place to live.
