Verified Renter My experience at k2 so far is amazing! The buidling is extremely clean and up to date! I have a beautiful view of the city and all my favorite restaurants are in walking distance!

Verified Renter My husband and I have lived here at K2 apartments for 3 years. We have been very happy here. The staff are so kind and always available to help with anything that comes up. The amenities and clean and have a great set up. We would highly recommend living here!!
Verified Renter So far I have loved living at K2. Its clean- the maintenance staff is quick and most importantly, its safe. While it may seem pricier than other places, its really not that much more and what you get is so worth it!

Verified Renter No complaints! I will say I wish I could just pay for WiFi with my rent and not use the cable provider as I prefer streaming. Xfinity’s streaming option is very bad

Verified Renter Great apartment so far. Easy move in and responsive service. The amenities are very nice and not crowded. The gym could use additional weights/machines and it would be nice if there was a barbell to use.
