The location is great - right by Fulton Market and a block away from a grocery store. The resident hallways need a deep clean and new carpeting. The dog park is open to anyone. And the choice of gravel makes dogs incredibly dirty and dusty if they play on it. Astroturf and cement would be far more appropriate choices if they’re willing to clean and upkeep. Verified Renter I just moved in and the building has great amenities and helpful employees. The apartment is clean and appliances are new. It gets bright in my room early and I can hear the trains / highway.

Verified Renter The leasing office staff are some of the nicest people you will meet. They respond quickly to inquiries and they are always professional which is so helpful for first time tenants.
Verified Renter In general, the building is maintained well and kept clean. The maintenance people respond very quickly to requests, which I really appreciate. The amenity is pretty good. The only negative thing about the building is how easy the sound travels through walls and floors. If you have a noisy neighbor or people in the gym are dropping dumbbells very loud, you can hear them pretty easily.
