I have no... (Verified Renter) I have no complaints at all and would have definitely continued my lease term but the only caveat is a missing rooftop or may be an added floor for amenities.

At K2 we do offer an array of amenities including an outdoor pool and spa, a 1/2 basketball court, party room, game lounge, business center, conference room, dog park, and dog wash station all on our 3rd floor. I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend it due to strict rules in the pool and your apartment. Such as no smoking (not even in the balcony) or no bbq in balcony, etc.
