Heat the pool... (Verified Renter) Heat the pool ! In Chicago there are very few days to swim.
K2 So many great amenities including a movie theater, gym, sauna, pool/jacuzzi,and a soon to be new dog park. Front door staff for the most part are very friendly. Only down side are the many rules they have including using amenities mainly regarding alcohol and quiet hours in the pool area.
Modern Luxury in an Awesome Neighborhood I moved into K2 in May 2015 and so far have literally no complaints. We have an amazing view, amazing amenities, and are steps from Fulton River District, Fulton Market, West Loop, River West, and River North. I can walk to work, there's a bridge from K2 to the Jewel Osco, a pool, grills, basketball court. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!!
Great community for young professionals Have lived at K2 since March 2015, has great amenities (pool, fitness, concierge, dog park, business center, party rooms, etc.) Staff is very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable and anytime I have had an issue it has been handled quickly and professionally.
Brand New, Loads of Amenities! This building has the full set of amenities if you don't mind a little less SQ FT. The walkway they built to the Jewel-Osco parking lot is an extremely nice touch! There's enough free parking around as well that friends have been able to come by and not worry about feeding the meter. Another bonus is the proximity to the Fulton Market area - tons of great restaurants within walking distance. Overall, it's been a great living experience so far - I would highly recommend this place!
Convenient Highrise in River West neighborhood with short walk to Loop/West loop. Plenty of amenities including gym and pool. Tons of nearby restaurants and night life.
