I was amazed... (Verified Renter) I was amazed at how fast they were. I thought it would take a few days before the blinds in my room could be fixed, but within a few hours of my request, I had new blinds, new air filters, and a new light in my room. I couldn't believe it.

I would highly... (Verified Renter) I would highly recommend K2 to anyone! I loved my apt., my view, and the community/area I was. Had I been able to stay in Chicago, I would have definitely extended my lease for the a 3rd time.

Would not recommend... (Verified Renter) Would not recommend for pricing or ease of dealing with management. Management has poor communication with residents. Recently I was asked to pay more money for rent, and they had just not cashed a money order for the guest suite. Earlier in the year there was extremely poor communication from management regarding a leak that affected my apartment. Would recommend for the service staff (doormen, cleaning crew, maintenece) they are always friendly and helpful. Also pricing is too high ... read more
