building is kept... (Verified Renter) building is kept clean and the units are great. The amenities are superb but the gym needs to get cleaned more frequently and cardio equipment fixed.

(Verified Renter) Overall experience has been fairly good, and building replaced carpet in unit to match the rest of the floor plan, which was appreciated, however felt slightly mislead as the unit i toured had roller blinds (fairly certain) and our blinds are relatively old and do not function well

Great building, great... (Verified Renter) Great building, great staff. Below are the only issues I had. 1. Cost vs size of apartment 2. Parking too expensive 3. City put up paid parking on what is a residential street. I contacted the alderman about it. The building should do the same. It should be permit parking.
Everything is great.... (Verified Renter) Everything is great. Convertable apartment bedrooms are a little small. Wish the wall was moved 1 foot into the living room to make it smaller and the bedroom bigger.

I really enjoy... (Verified Renter) I really enjoy living at K2 because of the view, location, community, and apartment itself. However due to the expensive monthly rent, it is hard to justify living here for multiple years. I would love if you sold some apartments or presented bonuses to tenants who stay on as residents for a 2nd year here!
