Location, amenities, and... (Verified Renter) Location, amenities, and staff are great. It is a little pricey and the apartments get very dusty very quickly. Not sure if it an HVAC issue of just high rise living, but very dusty.
I loved the... (Verified Renter) I loved the building but after touring 5 other buildings that day, I was exhausted. The leasing agent, Darshaya, was such a breath of fresh air. I hadn't clicked with any agent all day and they even acted entitled, as if I was lucky to be touring. K2 was the nicest building I toured AND the most welcoming. I was having a difficult time deciding on an apt and mentioned my favorite things about either unit.
