My family has come here for the past three years for our summer staycation and we absolutely love it. We have celebrated my Mom's 60th birthday to our engagement this year. Every staff member we come into contact with is so pleasant even the pool servers who are working their butts off in 110 degrees. The service is impeccable and they always go above and beyond. This is one family tradition we look forward to every year.
Was there all weekend for Father's Day me and my daughter loved it. Will be coming back again!
We celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary with a night in Phoenix and reserved a room at the JW Marriott. This was simply an amazing experience! We were upgraded to an executive suite and treated with a sparkling wine and chocolate truffles as a gift from the staff. Everyone we interacted with was very courteous and friendly. The food was excellent and we loved the apple spice cake and creme brule. The property is beautiful and the views were lovely. We will definitely be back with family and friends.
One of the most wonderful Marriott resorts we've ever stayed at. Incredible customer service, from the front desk to the poolside, everyone is friendly and very attentive. The grounds and hotel are spotless and very well maintained. Amazing pools (plural), large lazy river. Food is excellent, whether a burger and fries or a fabulous dinner at one of the many restaurants on site. Absolutely love this place! Went for our 15th anniversary and had a wonderful time! Great price, clean rooms and awesome service! Headed back in a few weeks with the kids!
