Absolutely amazing, my husband travels for work and stays in a Marriott property every week. From the moment you pull up the staff is friendly and it doesn't feel fake. The grounds are amazing and well kept. The pools are beautiful and the pool staff is great. Towels were stocked at every station, ice water stations all over the pool areas and kept up all day long. Had a very nice time doing a staycation here. From the friendly staff to the comfy beds in the room, it was simply amazing. Highly recommend!
Awesome place. Took care of us in a situation out of their control and it was greatly appreciated. Some people expect the hotels they stay in to be flawless. And sometimes there are things that are out of their control. I won't mention the issues here but we are impressed by the level of correction they took to make it right. Only thing I would mention is they have to start to control the amount of alcohol being sold to people that are already so intoxicated. As always, the service was first rate. Employees went out of their way to make sure we were having a good time and had everything we needed. I love the Marriott chain and am never disappointed, but the resort is something special.
I was here for a conference and itnis a beautiful property and very friendly staff.
I had a wonderful girls weekend at your resort. The grounds and rooms are beautiful and the staff was very welcoming. However, I wish I had know while we were waiting for our room to be ready and ordered a drink pool side that there was going to be a $50 hold placed on my debit card. This happened on Saturday morning and I was advised by the front desk that the hold would drop off by midnight. It is now Monday morning and the pending charge is still showing on my account. Incredible weekend at this resort. Stayed and attended Ovarian Cancer survivor retreat. Jeff was the best event coordinator ever. He was so attentive to our group and never hesitated at any request. He got to know our survivors and expressed such genuine heart. Thank you Marriott for an awesome healing weekend. Give Jeff a raise. He was a rockstar! We will be back!
