I am on my 4th day stay and so far? I have nothing to complain about. Valet is very courteous & fast; checking in was hospitable; my room is left very clean by housekeeper; quality food & superb service at their restaurant; its premises is so beautiful and there are lots of activities offered like fitness classes and last night there was live music💓
Loved It . JW MARIOTT Is Not hotel It's like A Heaven On Earth In Which You Fell Yourself Special. It's Service Is Outstanding Management Is Awesome At last I wAnt to say only That NAILED IT.
I just attended a work event (Sproutsfest!) that was hosted there. This is my second year staying here and it was a pleasure both times. The staff was helpful and things were very organized. When we checked in we asked the front desk if a group of us could stay in rooms close to each other and close to the event. They ablidged and provided great customer service right from the start. Great place to stay. They have everything you need.
Very clean. Very well maintained. Property groomed nicely. Had a couple normal issues that required assistance and the staff responded immediately, fixing the problems with a smile. Pools are great. Would love to visit again and again.
First time to Arizona so had to get use to the heat and bugs that managed to make their way into my room after they sprayed outside and caused an infestation, but overall excellent place to stay !!!
The resort is pretty but the Spa was very basic when you compare it to Fairmont Princess and Montelucia. Check In for me sucked! The lady was very quick and didn't give me any information. My friend was checking in and her person Vicki helped me more than my person who checked me in. She was amazing! She went over our room package that we got and all the items that were included. The service, hospitality and overall atmosphere was beyond great! The staff went out of their way to be accommodating to anything we needed! We will def return!
