Excellent staff. Aloha happy hour at Roy’s was very good. Sushi was delicious
Lavish buildings and nice natural garden. Food and drink is expensive. Pool area is not for swimming, only for dipping and wading while drinking and socializing. Fitness room too small for this size hotel. Two golf courses, expensive. Good range and putting green but no chipping/pitching green whatsoever. We were here for a conference. I would voluntarily spend my $ elsewhere.
This is a beautiful place. Yes all the hotel staff is simply wonderful.
I don’t get to see my family often, but this weekend my sister & her family & my family stayed at the resort. Our kids loved the pools, the water slide & the lazy river. We loved the family friendly coziness of our entire stay. It was nice to relax on the patio at night enjoying live music and then the breakfast buffet the next morning was spectacular! We’re already planning our next stay. Thank you so much for being the background to a much needed family weekend.
The second time celebrating our Anniversary here. Such a wonderful experience!! All staff are very hospitable and happy to help make your stay as special as can be!! Always recommend visiting the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa, for any occasion.

Very nice hotel with excellent outdoor spaces an a top notch gym. Rooms are fantastic. Pool and lazy river are very nice. My only issue was the room that I was in on the 6th floor- noise from the public spaces carried right up to my room.
This place is simple amazing. I've stayed in several JW Marriott's in the past. My favorite was always the JW in Bangkok, until I stayed here. This place is beautiful, the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. The food has been delightful and the accommodations have been grand. Love it!
