Amazing!! Had such a great time. This resort has it all!! From all the friendly smiles helpful workers great music and fun. Never mind the pool side drinks! Can’t wait to come back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful

I came for a conference but would come back for a vacation! What a gorgeous hotel - the pools and spa are so relaxing and beautifully landscaped. Every single meal was exceptional - which is rather wonderful for conference food! We were a large crowd and the staff were friendly and extremely efficient. Shout out to Katelyn at the front desk who was so friendly and welcoming! Very comfortable bed, huge TV, very quiet room. Two thumbs up!
We had a wonderful visit to Phoenix and a great stay at the JW Marriott! The staff members were all awesome and helpful! We traveled with a child with special needs, and they were patient and accommodating. Our only complaint about the resort was that the pavement between the splash pad and kiddie pool was VERY slippery for wet feet - not sure why it was paved like that, but it resulted in a bad fall :( Pretty much the only issue with the entire resort!
Simply amazing experience from arrival to departure. The staff sets the standard for Marriott and then some. Interaction no with them was like meeting and making close friends that you lamented leaving!!
We had amazing treatments at Revive, the spa. We both had the Sami Zen experience which is unique and very relaxing. Our therapist,Suzanne, was amazing (we went on separate days but we're lucky enough to have the same fabulous person). I highly recommend it �
This resort is beautiful and the customer service was topnotch.
