We’ve been to several JW Marriott resorts and this one is our favorite so far. Great for kids and adults alike, we will come back.
It was very pretty and well laid out. It was a “royal place setting” something I haven’t seen in years. That was impressive. Not thrilled about the food but the staff and all those folks were very lovely.
We had a great experience... Only reason I gave a 4☆ is we felt shorted in our 50 min massage. I got called back 5 mins after my scheduled time which after our short consultation and the therapist stepping out so I can get undressed and onto the massage table it was roughly 10 mins after my scheduled time. After the therapist was done I looked at the clock and it said 49 after the hour. So all in all it was about 40 mins. It’s absolutely heaven on earth! My happy place for sure😍
25 days and counting for our Wells Fargo conference at this beautiful resort. Kathy and I have stayed at many of the JW locations and it has always been an excellent experience.
Weird sewage smell in the lobby/rooms other than that it was an amazing resort and one we will be back to!!
Love this place so beautiful can't wait to return soon
