Such a beautiful place! Staff is super! The man watering the flowers by the pools offered us bottled water from the cooler on his golf cart. We will go back again!
Favorite staycation spot for my family of 6! Something for everyone! Staff is super friendly and accommodating!
Nice resort. HOWEVER, if you’re going to place people so close to the pool maybe have the courtesy of telling them the pool closes at 10pm. So that when they come to your resort to relax and go to bed early without disruption that it can actually happen. I’ve called the front desk once already to no avail. Not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.
We are timeshare owners there and stay at the Canyon Villas twice a year. It is indeed my “happy” place. We get to use the facilities at the J W. live the lazy river, the cactus garden and the restaurants. The staff are excellent and so helpful. The grounds are kept meticulous. We love the recent improvements to the courtyard seating areas/fire pits in the Villas. Great job!! Just left today and can’t wait to go back.
Everyone was genuinely nice, welcoming and friendly. We’re already planing another trip!

This facility is a world class resort! From the moment we arrived the friendly and professional staff catered to our every need. The grounds were immaculate with lots of colors and textures. The food, pools, rooms, spa and overall condition of the buildings added to the experience. Oh yeah, the two onsite golf courses were spectacularly beautiful and challenging.
