Stunningly beautiful property in the heart of the amazing desert oasis of Scottsdale!
Beautiful landscapes but room is small and for $400 bucks a night I expect top-notch service which we did not get. Then they charged $105 resort fee on top of the $400 per night for this very small room with two double beds Room keys frequently did not work and had to walk down the hallway which is very long and up the elevator back down the same distance hallway again to the front desk on a different floor to get the keys replaced. Such a professional nice staff. The guy giving the towels at the pool entrance had such a welcoming attitude made you happy you were there saturday. Keep up the great attitudes.
Excellent attentive service.
I was a bit disappointed at the lack of front desk customer service. Tyra was the evening front desk at my check in. I had reservations months in advance and requested a room near the pool, possibly top floor and extra feather pillows. Tyra provided a room and when I asked her if she provided a room w my request she didn’t even check my reservation before she gave me a room. I had to let her know bc she didn’t even look. She said I got a room on the top floor and it’s not too far from the pool.. well it was not near the pool... read more
