Anything you could possibly ask for they provided. The only thing I wish they would change in the rooms with two beds needs to two queen beds, the two double beds are to small. Two adults cannot sleep comfortably.
What an amazing stay at the JW Marriott these past couple days. We booked this stay-cation to unwind a bit after my wife lost her dad a few weeks ago, and the JW really knows how to do it right. The lazy river was just what she needed! I booked a reservation at Stonegrill and mentioned wanting to have a quiet table due to Heidi's loss. The general manager came over at the end of our meal with the entire staff and shared a personalized dessert and a hand made cards signed by the staff. I love this hotel but unfortunately last year and this year they have sectioned off more and more portions of their pool chairs for their “griffin club” at $50-$500. It’s July 2 and only 4 people today were at the over 75 chairs set aside for the griffin club. And now an entire section of the lazy river AND a whole area of the large pool with the waterfall. Shame on you marriott. People pay a lot of money to stay and you want $50-$500 more per person and section off entire areas that we cannot use? Including one are where th... read more
