This place is unfortunately not family friendly. We needed boiled water for cleaning pump parts and baby bottles, but the hotel does not have any water kettle available! This means that it’d be a complete pain for anyone with a baby and needs hot water to for baby bottles. Hotel staff suggested me to use the coffee machine to boil the water - obviously this does not work as it’d have coffee residual. 😱 To the credit of the service line, they did send a pot of boiled water to me on Friday evening, but the guy who delivered t... read more
Excellent location for corporate conventions.
This is now one of my favorite JW Marriotts. All of the staff are super friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurants here is outstanding. The entire resort is super clean from the rooms to the surrounding grounds. The views are beautiful no matter what room you are in. It is a very serene place to go and relax or take your family as there is a lot of pools and lazy river for children. I could also see this resort as a romantic get away also. Can’t wait to come back!
A wonderful place to stay. Customer service and hospitality was amazing. Comfortable rooms and the scenery is lovely. Highly recommend.
We had a very nice office lunch at JW Marriott. we will do it again another day.
