RecommendedFavourite place in Phoenix. Don’t have to leave resort to enjoy yourself.
Helpful staff, rooms are clean and well taken care of. Amenities are fantastic and are maintained with consumer in mind. Service is never invasive. A true resort experience.
I like the friendly service and the thoughtful amenities. My kids loved the pools and the fish.

2/5 Location wise its beautiful and the scenery outside is great. Aside from some helpful employees scattered throughout my visit these are the only pros. I will never be staying at this location again. Never had room service till day 4, we had to call the previous night to complain and the desk apologized and we were taken care of Friday finally. Came here for a conference. While the hotel looks beautiful when you first get here, there are definitely some issues with the place. Our hotel room was pretty small and had tons of spider webs with dead bugs in them. We didn’t get room service for two days and only had our rooms cleaned after I called and complained. We had a broken clothes iron that spewed water all over the clothes we needed straightened. The restaurants are extremely over priced for the amount of food you get.
