The rooms were small and not quite outfitted with modern electronic amenities. The gift shop staff was curt, not helpful and quite argumentative. The restaurants were rediculously slow with lousy customer service. As a lifetime platinum elite it was the worst JW I’ve ever stayed. It was too bad as it was our choice to meet family for a reunion, celebrate birthdays and a master degree.

Staff is attentive, knowledgeable and eager to help. Stayed for some meetings and then enjoyed the pool facility with family. Grounds are beautiful and property is very clean. Two double beds instead of two queen beds was tough. Food and Beverage was a little expensive for the quality and portion size received.

There are no microwaves in the rooms, so if you want to warm something, you have to go to a hot laundry room on a different floor to use a microwave there. I expect a lot more... read more

It wasn’t the best place to visit in 110 degree temps but absolutely beautiful both inside & out. The beds have to be the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. (Word to short people ask for a step stool). Would love to stay there again when it’s a little cooler to enjoy the outside
