My family, including a 6, 4, and 1 year old all had a blast here. Two restaurants were well appointed. Pools, lazy river and splash pad (for infants) were great. Pool side servers were excellent as well. We had travel issues leaving and changed flights flying back to the East Coast and the front desk was extremely understanding and accommodating. This resort is awesome I love the view , the people, the cactus , everything g went well on our convention and friendly staff too.
I could not be happier with my stay. EXCEPTIONAL staff, beautiful resort, delicious food, comfortable beds, and a huge bathroom. Truly above and beyond my expectations in all facets. I have never been so pampered by a group of employees as here at Desert Ridge. I was so sad to check out!
Not only 5 stars. It was 7 stars good hospitality and friendly staff everything was amazing. One of my best vacation in my life. Thank you for everything � my kids didn't want to go back home� they love the lazy river and the slide ��
What an amazing experience. First, the staff are all about the experience and made our trip unforgettable. Yes, we are Platinum Elite, but we have NEVER been treated better. The food at the Griffin Club (yes, it is worth the extra $$) was fantastic and again the staff was great. We had a wonderful holiday weekend at The JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa. There was lots to do for the whole family. While the resort was very full, it never felt crowded. Thanks to the staff at the spa for a relaxing visit!
Crowded, no chairs available at the pool, wait time for anything is too long. They just aren’t prepared for the spring break crowds. Not happy.
Came here for a conference and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Staff is over the top, pools are amazing, quiet and breathtaking location. Also the buffet for breakfast defo worse the price and the restaurants on site are so delicious that’s it honestly difficult to choose which one is the best. Coming from Europe I’ve already tried several times top notch Michelin restaurants but honestly the chicken plate I had at the meritage was the best meal I have ever had in the USA!
