JW Marriott is beyond amazing. It’s the luxury in the middle of the desert. If you’ve been here you know what I’m talking about. Perfect for all occasions, convention, family gathering and any events. Food is outstanding. Try the beef short ribs sliders at twinty6 oh boy was darn good. The service is excellent. I would love to come back here next time. This is the place to be.
What a magical place the JW is, friendly staff (and I mean everyone). The landscaping is breathtaking, the pools, so many to choose from. Lots of space throughout. The beds were nice and soft and the shampoo/conditioner/lotion was so refreshing after days soaking up the sun. Best staycation place in Phoenix. We shall return.

Our 10th year for mother/daughter weekend and it was fabulous. Started out with disappointment when we realized we were going to have to pay to lay out at our favorite spot by our favorite pool, but we were treated like royalty, which quickly changed our minds about the fee - thank you Tabitha, Gabriel, Victor as well as others. The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond in all areas except one. The only issue I had was that I requested a room with short distances to the lobby and requested handicapped features for my very elderly mother-in-law, our room was as far as it could be from everything, required a long hallway walk to an even longer ramp and then accessing an elevator. We wanted to say how awesome the staff is here at this hotel! Everyone was overly friendly and more than happy to help where help was needed. From Emily at the pool check in gate she helped with our sons missing flip flops to the starbucks barista who's been working there since 2006. All were super nice! Our room was upgraded without asking due to a room mix up.
