Nice place but they messed up our billing triple Charing our card on more than on occasion. Front desk had no idea what they were doing. Had to go down to lobby 3 separate times to correct . Not sure if will be back. They give you a 50 % a night credit but fail to use it unless you ask repeatedly.

Excellent place for any event or celebration. The highlight of my visit was of course the 2017 NCU graduation but meeting very professional and extremely friendly staff was a plus. One in particular stood out as she shared her passion and all the wonderful things about the garden... loved the tour and information Candace!!! You're a huge blessing to the Marriot establishment, keep on doing great things and sharing your knowledge! Dr. AC 2017 GRAD
The resort is very nice, but for price, more attention needs to be paid to the details. My patio should not have been covered in dried bird poop, my refrigerator in the room didn't get cold and every room should have a microwave. No matter how long I'm staying, I should have the convenience of reheating my food quickly in my room and not hunting down a "community" microwave a few floors away. Overall, very nice but room for improvement.
I love the JW Marriott at Desert Ridge! Great pools love the lazy river! Great atmosphere! Highly recommend!
I just left this beautiful resort yesterday. I was there for my Commencement Exercises from Northcentral University. We received fabulous and friendly top notch service from every staff member! Kudos to JW Mariott Desert Ridge Resort in Phoenix, AZ!
We had dinner at Stone Grill! It was great! However the server was really unfriendly and avoided coming back to the table regularly.
Simply beautiful resort and surroundings! Great place to stay and relax. Excellent food & beverages!
From start to finish the experience was absolutely amazing. I stayed here for my graduation and got the best service. The staff was extremely professional and helpful in every way. I could not have asked for a more beautiful weekend. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to assist my husband and I. We will definitely be returning in the future.
