Had a great weekend! Pool and staff were awesome. Great place to get away for a night.
There is something for every member of the family at this resort!! We had a great time!
Our stay was good overall. We have stayed at this place probably 3 or 4 times now and can't say anything bad about the service except each time, there had been quite a wait at registration. Even as simple as to ask the front desk something or at check out, we have had to wait a while.
One of my very favorite resorts to stay at. The service is always phenomenal.
Simply the best desert oasis! Excellent customer service from check into the kids club to the pool attendants! We came on the heat wave weekend but who cares when you're sipping a mule by the pool! Kids loved being in the lazy river past bedtime. Great job Marriott, we will be back, maybe I'll try golfing if it's less than 115 degrees:)!

I don't even know where to start! My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon at JW Marriott Desert Ridge and the experience was nothing short of amazing! First and foremost, thank you to Brittany, your Executive Asst to the Manager of Operations - not only did she communicate with us beforehand and set us up with a room that incorporated everything we wanted, as well as with a map and airport pick-up and drop-off reservations, but she also sent us a wonderful surprise gift basket full of champagne, strawberries, choco... read more
