An excellent weekend!! The staff are charming and the room was beautiful and so clean!! We had brunch at the tavern. The omelet was divine! My husbands burrito was somehow juicy and flavorful without being soggy. Magic! The pool area was very busy so we just grabbed a float at hung out in the river for awhile drinking a couple of there CocoMaiTais. Then a restoring nap and onto dinner at Roy's. One of the best resorts stateside that I have ever been too!!
This is our 3rd Memorial Day weekend here. The service at the pool was horrible. Everything was overpriced but that's expected. Well always love the pool and the lazy river.
I have been there for the several past years for the Gartner supply chain conference they hace each May. I have never had the opportunity to enjoy the amenities, since I have been in meetings all week. However, this year I brought my daughter (9y/o) and mom and I have to say that they spoke nothing other than amazement. Every single staff member we interacted with was very polite. Loved our stay! Griffin Club is the bomb. We loved Tyler and the whole gang. Perfect stay!
Amazing spa and staff , also massage with Bryan was so great if you loved deep work done!

My husband and I live in the Phoenix area and we visited this hotel for a small mother's day/birthday getaway. The entire time we felt like we were so far away from home on a luxury vacation.
