The company I work for just had a huge event called The Legends at your resort. I will have to say the experience I received from the staff was exceptional .From the kindness and the helpfulness and so much more I want to give a huge SHOUT OUT to ALL the JW staff. We want to get VERIZON WIRELESS to pick this resort next year if it's in Arizona. The grounds are beautiful. The room views are breath taking. What makes this resort stand out is the service. Top notch. Staff is responsive without being intrusive. Made us locals on staycation feel welcome. Will return in a few days to celebrate birthday with mom.
I live 5 miles from here and every time we come it 100% feels like we are in vacation. The staff her is very friendly and are always in a good mood! Great food, drinks and pools! Check out the Griffin Club. Wow!!
We just checked out today and we're already planning our next mini vacay from Tucson and return to Phoenix. Serena at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. Morgan at the pool was friendly and helpful. We had a great time for my birthday 👍🙏🏼💖😁🎉🎁🍹🎊🎂🎈
The Desert Ridge was a nice place to vacation & relax! The pool area was very good. The food was good. Wish they had a Italian restaurant there.
Excellent service....best massage ever. Staff went above and beyond.
