Always a great experience. Even with huge crowds, the service is excellent. We love it!
From the site visit to pre-planning to the actual execution of the event, this property is incredible! I have not experienced such inequitable service than what I received when attempting to book an event with the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. I have always regarded this hotel (and the Marriott chain) to be a highly distinguished organization but had such a poor experience that it gives me great concern. From the moment we checked in, to the sad moment we had to check out, it was fabulous. The rooms were very nice, the water pressure in the shower, the bed and pillows...all are perfect! The staff was top notch! Beautiful inside and out. The landscaping is breath taking! I have to add I am a shampoo & conditioner snob! The products they use are great! I'm going to research and try to order some! Looking forward to coming back soon!
