One of my favorite hotels in the Americas. Excellent service and beautiful desert environment. I would note that they soften their water too much. Makes it nearly impossible to wash the soap off your body in the shower.
It's heaven on earth. It's beautiful and serene. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. I never want to leave the lazy river. So so fabulous.

The staff here is AMAZING! I've never seen such outstanding customer service. I'm in total awe. Everything is beautiful and accommodating. It's absolutely wonderful!!!!
I'm on my 2nd night here and I absolutely love it! The staff is great, the rooms and amenities are amazing. The atmosphere and the entertainment is fantastic. I have 2 days and 1 night left and I wish I had more time here. I definitely recommend it. If you come to Phoenix you have to saty here!
