Over 1800 people decended upon the resort for our national sales meeting. Every event went off without a hitch! Food was excellent! Service was stellar! Accommodations were clean, inviting and very comfortable...not to mention BEAUTIFUL! It was a pleasure to be there. Excellent job!!
Not a bad thing to say about this place. Was there for a work function with over 1800 people and everything was great!
Excellent service and food
The resort was beautiful. Staff was awesome. But unfortunately the Internet tv was horrible. We tried to watch a movie on Netflix. It spun and interrupted, trying to load every 10 minutes. So annoying. Tried contacting someone. They said they woul look into it. Never got back to us. Very disappointing considering how much money we spent.
Amazing and beautiful place to stay. Made my weekend perfect! Thank you, we will be back again.
My experience there was a event for The American Girl Doll &The Phoenix Children's Hospital benefiting The Emily Center for children fighting cancer. My granddaughter represented The American Girl Doll Melody at this event in The Saguaro Ballroom. It was a elegant event that my granddaughter will always remember.The staff was very helpful and the food service and servers were great. Who doesn't offer free wifi? Was there for the American Girl Fashion Show (for 5 hours) and it would have been nice to have wifi. Also, the lady serving us during the show continued to throw our plates down and never once asked us if we wanted or needed anything. It wasn't like she was nice and then got rude... she was rude from the get go! Sad!
Great massage, if you book a service, be sure to come early and enjoy the pool and amenities!
I had a wonderful time, the service 5 star. The amenities were excellent, the food was delicious and I loved the lazy river.
