Had a great time there . The room , the pools and the staff were all great !!! I will go back
I'm blown away by the staff! So helpful, as this is a huge hotel and a bit confusing if you have not stayed before. Staff are on every corner to help guide you where you need to be. And the grounds and beautiful. My only negative- parking is a little bit of a chore. But you can valet and save the hassle!
Room is perfect. I love reading lights at bed head board, comfortable bed, full shower and garden tub, fully stocked bathroom and coffee maker and fridge in room. Hotel beautiful with great view. Pool really nice with lazy river. I was there for a conference and it was convenient to get to and comfortable. I was a little warm with comfortable down comforter despite cracking down the AC in my room but so comfy. I'd definitely stay there again. It's a hidden gem in the middle of desert ridge in Phoenix area.
Can I give this resort 6 stars? There simply is no better place to stay than here at Desert Ridge. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to take care of us. Needs were met before we even knew we needed them. Room was amazing. Food was outstanding. It's a simple and easy choice when traveling to Phoenix. Stay here.
