We received a gift from our kids for our 30th Anniversary a Staycation at JW Marriott and we had an Amazing time. The hotel does not disappoint everything there was perfect the room, the restaurants, the pools, the spa and everyone who works there was outstanding!! We are defiantly going back!!
Stay started off nice. Property was well maintained and check-in was easy and front desk agent was helpful. We went to the spa which my wife liked her massage. I hung out at the revive pool and waited about 35 minutes or so before a waiter came by to check in. I ordered food and they gave me another person's order. They corrected it, no big deal. One of the very nicest places I've ever stayed, and I've stayed at other Marriott properties. The staff is exemplary. Every single one we encountered was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. Especially Joshua, out in the pool area. He was truly awesome. They're always smiling and happy, as if they are honestly thrilled to be here. 5 stars, across the board. It has been truly a pleasure to stay here this weekend. Thank you so much for an amazing time.

Great environment for family " STAYCATION " with all the splash of fun and luxury.
My husband and I are in Phoenix at a the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort to celebrate our anniversary and his birthday (which are both the same day). We checked in and didn't like that our room was directly facing the pool (like old men laying out outside our window), so we asked and they graciously changed our room to overlooking the botanical gardens.
