On 2/18/2025 I went to Jupiter Medical ER for a EKG because of pacemaker implant done in New Jersey. I was processed promptly and Anthony the RN assigned to me listened and scheduled the EKG. It was quickly done and Dr Nicholas Warren came to me and explained the EKG and arranged for the information to be sent to my cardiologist in NJ. Everyone involved was great, please except my thank you
ER on a Wed night at 11pm with terrible kidney stone pain. There was no one in ER waiting room and i was made to wait for an hour to get into see the Dr. I explained to Dr my history with kidney stones and he said he would set up cat scan and get me some pain meds as I was in excruciating pain. Waited another hour for someone to give me pain meds. As the nurse was about to give me the pain med he was stopped and asked to take care of another patient. CALLED E.R. FIRST, DROVE UP FROM PBG, WAS GREETED AT FRONT DOOR BY VERY POLITE YOUNG LADY, SHE GOT ME RIGHT IN AFTER TEMP CHECK, NURSE STARTED IV AND MEDS AFTER DR. REYES-FARINESS ORDERS HE WAS EXCELLENT DID'NT HESITATE GETTING ME ALL HOOKED UP AND GOT MEDS IN ME RIGHT AWAY, CT SCAN,XRAY, DIAGNOSIS, A NICE KIDNEY STONE WHAT A BRUTAL PAIN, BOTTOM LINE WHAT A GREAT TEAM !!! Jupiter Medical Center like any medical center can be scary, however, the staff, nurses, doctors all are very considerate of your feelings and Anxiety. I vote JMC as one of the best if not the best in Palm Beach County
