My wife and I worked with Julie when we relocated to the Chicago area with work. We moved from North Carolina and knew very little about the market. Julie helped us sell our house in Naperville when we were relocating out of state. She was amazing! Our house sold in no time but then the buyer's financing fell through. We freaked because that meant we would lose the house we were set to buy. Julie talked us off the ledge and got the house back on the market and sold it in just days once again.
