Julie is exceptionally knowledgeable about the industry and local market and is amazingly responsive. She is very perceptive and has a strong talent for "matching" buyers and sellers and knowing just how much guidance to provide and when. In our case, she sold our house before it formally hit the market and helped us find the perfect new house in just 2 weeks! We could not be happier! I would stronger recommend Julie to anyone looking to buy or sell or simply obtain an honest assessment of your real estate status and options... read more
A true professional!! Julie is very informative and just simply gets the job done!! She accommodated for our specific circumstance & made sure we were happy with the desired result.
We have purchased three homes with Julie’s help, and have sold one. We would not work with anyone else. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, experienced and a great person. She works to understand your needs, will not waste your time, and can provide all the help you need as you work through the sales process. Look no further.
I live in Arizona and was shopping for my elderly parents close to my sister who lives in Bolingbrook. We began our search in the spring just as the COVID restrictions were being imposed. My friend & realtor in AZ researched and interviewed several agents in the Naperville, IL area and Julie was at the top of a short list of 2 professionals. At first, I didn't know whether I would like Julie, especially since I hadn't met her in person and I didn't know if she understood what I was looking for. However, she gained my confide... read more
Julie helped us purchase our home in Bolingbrook a 5 months ago and despite the sale being done has continued to keep contact to make sure everything with our “big move” has gone smoothly. She started as a stranger and has now become a family friend. She has gone above and beyond to help us with questions that have come up as we are new in the area. Would highly recommend Julie.
Absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgable about the area, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I wouldn't have found my house without her! Thank you!
In the Spring of 2017 Julie helped us sell a 4 bedroom house in Naperville. Everything went well. I followed ALL of her recommendations and suggestions and the property sold from the initial listing in March/April, 6-8 weeks later and was sold in June. In the Spring of 2019 Julie helped me to buy a property in Yorkville. We did a variety of searches and then I settled on the newly developed property in March/Apri/May and closed in June. Again, she knows how to do it all. And I would recommend her to anyone with a pulse.
First time buying a home and I was soooooo overwhelming!!! Julie was great and helped me with all my questions. No question was small for her to answer and she was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Julie.
Julie was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I reviewed many different locations and prices of homes. She listened to my needs and guided me as well as answering multiple questions on properties. She was very supportive when I found the perfect home and kept me updated every step of the way. Julie always responded right away no matter which day of the week or the time of day I texted or called. Julie is a professional who excels at her job. I would absolutely recommend her to others who are searching for a new home or... read more
