Julie is the best! I have worked with her on buy and sell transactions. She is very knowledgeable and guided us through every step of the process. She has excellent resources and is extremely responsive!!! It was a true pleasure working with Julie and I don’t think we could have gotten through the transactions without her! We don't have enough great things to say about Julie. She recently helped us sell our house in Naperville, which she originally helped us find. She was outstanding both as a buyer's agent and a seller's agent. We rushed to get our house ready for showings before going on an extended vacation, and she was there to offer a few constructive suggestions at the last minute. Julie was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was our first home sale and she was extremely patient with us as we had a million questions to ask. Great to communicate with and our messages never went unanswered. She was knowledgeable about the area, prepared with stats at all times and made sure we felt comfortable with our decisions along the way. Very knowledgeable. She advised me when needed. She wasn't just "here is what you asked for", but she advised me against something once, and I really appreciate that. Also she was dedicated and when I needed to put an offer she put everything aside to do it first day the house was on a market. In a busy market of 2021 I bought second house that I liked, she knew how to put a winning offer. it wasn't stressful at all. She also saved us a lot of time and money.
