Fast service getting my watch sized, cleaned, and having the battery replaced! Answered questions I had about having a ring rhodium dipped.

Absolutely love this place! I took my ring to another Jeweler who quoted me a decent price and then after weeks they called me and said it be three times that. Reached out to Robert he told me a price I was very comfortable with I brought it in the next day and it was done for even less than what he had quoted me I am one happy lifelong Customer now!! Did I mention it was done the same day?!?! The other place told me 5 weeks!!
Stopped by to have a ring sized. Nothing fancy; just a simple thin gold band. They were spot on with the service; picked the ring up the same day and it looked fantastic.
The owner is on location his father is a master Jeweler you can trust these people with prices pieces. They also do a great job on watch batteries.

Journey Jewelers is an awesome place. We walked in the door for a battery replacement 4 days before Christmas.The lady at the counter met us with a smile, energetic and friendly attitude. She immediately took the item to the back coming back to the counter to offer us drinks or a piece of candy. We were in and out in a short time. I plan to use Journey Jewelers in the future for my purchases.
