These gentlemen were very pleasant and eager to please. We had 3 rings sized and a prong fixed on another. Got them all back the same day and they were just like new. We will go back for sure.

Couldn't wear some of my favorite silver jewelry because they were so tarnished and dirty. Journey cleaned them all beautifully and super fast!! I highly recommend them.

I called around and visited a few other jewlers in the area and they all said they couldn't fix my bracelet with out even attempting to. I called Journey's and they were so helpful and informative! I also needed a small repair on my necklace and both items were repaired and ready for pick up the next day! Great quality, reasonable price, and great customer service!
I had a wonderful experience. The clasp on my favorite watch broke....I really missed wearing my watch so I used a rubber band to hold it together....yes I know it's tacky but it worked. I went to Journey Jewelers who was able to get me the correct clasp and the next day I was able to pick it up for a very reasonable price. Thank you Roberto!!!
