I e been here 5 or so times & they are amazing! Today I went shortly before closing, I didn't realize it was close to closing and I needed my ring fixed, & they fixed it for me anyway & didn't make me wait until the next day to pick it up. They always have amazing customer service. I won't go anywhere else!

This place is the place to go. My fiancé got my ring sized here as mistakingly got the wrong size. We go today to get it sized again and Robert was nice enough to resize with no charge. Definitely recommend these jewelers to anyone. �

Today i picked up an heirloom ring that Journey Jewelers worked on for me. I was amazed! They did an excellent job, sizing, re tipping prongs & adding engraving! The ring looked great! Excellent workmanship, promptly done and very reasonably priced! Also enjoyed the friendly, knowledgeable service I received. I will definitely be returning to Journey Jewelers!
Very friendly! Needed batteries in my watches changed and Robert did it quickly and was so pleasant. I will definitely be returning.
So far my husband and I are pretty impressed. Roberto has been very helpful and patient and trying to hunt down the exact stone for my ring. Also good selection as we can sort of design our own ring. We want a rose gold setting with a ruby for the setting and Roberto has been helpful trying to get us what we are looking for. Highly recommend, especially if you are wanting something unique.
I got surprised with a custom made ring by Journey Jewelers and wow! They did an amazing job, and I've gotten so many compliments that I'm proud to wear my ring! It's different than the usual engagement rings you see and that's what I love about it! I HIGHLY recommend Noa and his awesome family to help make your special day even more beautiful!
This place is very professional, friendly, and affordable. I got my ring back in an hour sized and polished.
