Robert was very helpful. I texted him a photo of my watch to see if he could replace the battery for it as not every place has the right tool. He replied quickly and a short time later I was in his store. He was friendly and the store has a nice atmosphere. In just a couple of minutes I was on my way.

I have been to Journey Jewelers twice and both times have been wonderful! I took my future husbands wedding band in to be engraved and it was ready to be picked up in only two hours!! They also offer a military discount which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this jewelry store!
