My ring was in pretty rough shape. The jewelry store that I bought it from wouldn’t even work on it, but Journey Jewelers fixed it and made it look brand new again. I’m so satisfied with their work!

They sized my engagement ring in August and did a wonderful job for a fair price. So, naturally I went to them when I hit the same ring, knocking the setting loose. They quoted me two prices, one for the repair of just the two damaged prongs but also one for all six prongs because they suggested it would be better in the long run to reinforce all of them while the stone was out.
