Stopping in to tell everyone just how amazing Journey Jewelers is. I have used their services over the years for resizing and repairs. Mr. Sanchez is creative and masterful and can repair items that other jewelers say cannot be done. I recently had to move. I searched around my new town and interviewed some of the jewelers here to size a ring. Nope! I inherited a ruby ring from my grandmother. It had a beautiful stone but the setting was not my style, so it sat for two years never being worn. Journey Jewelers reset the stone and created a perfect new setting that is modern, beautiful and enables me to wear my great grandmothers ring everyday! The craftsmanship is flawless and they were wonderful to work with! Thank you so much for giving me so much more than a beautiful ring, you restored a connection to my grandmother!
We had a great experience! Drove two hours to look at a ring we had seen posted on Facebook and it was even better in person! Roberto was extremely friendly and the jeweler even came in on a Saturday to size my ring so I didn’t have to make another trip. ( Thank you so much!) I am completely in love with my engagement ring, and will be returning to add the other bands later! Highly recommend!
