Had vascular surgery on Monday, his staff was excellent on my care
Didn’t have to wait long this time.
I had to wait one hour and fourth five minutes. The staff is great but no doctor should make a patient wait that long. I had to beg for an appointment. They wanted me to wait three weeks. In pain, and waiting for the results of my cat scan. Something is wrong here. The doctor was very professional but why do his staff tell you what test you need without seeing him first.? That should be the doctors decision.
The front desk ladies need more training in communication with the patient.
