Had such a pleasant experience at the office today. Jennifer was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and was very informative. I’ve never had a nurse who made me feel like she actually cared about helping me with me medical issue. I greatly appreciate her and all the staff!
The wait was frustrating. Much too long
Very Helpful staff. Thanks to all who gave me a hand yesterday. Really like Dr Ricotta. Nice to have a Dr so caring. Trust him. Feel very relaxed.
Visit was fine and my report was excellent . However an 1 1/2 hour wait after office changed appt to begin with was totally unacceptable. I realize that Dr Ricotta has many patients and a limited amount of time but he either has to put in more time at office or take on less patients.

Dr. Ricotta and both his office and hospital staffs are just terrific...in that they are professional, polite, knowledgeable and do their utmost to put me at ease at every post-op visit.
