Been seeing doctor Kahan for 5 years. We discussed that I might be having a little logic reaction to my blood pressure medicine and to try a name brands. Alicia in his office Called me and said she was doing the prior authorization for him what were my symptoms. I explained my symptoms and also said I just saw him a couple of days ago it's in my chart. I was interviewed by a medical assistant then a Physician's Assistant before I met Dr. Ricotta. All listened attentively to my symptoms. Dr. Ricotta recommended a diagnostic test which will be done in his office. I feel confident that they will be able to help me. I am pleased that I was not rushed and I was taken for my appointment on time! So happy that I was referred to this doctor. The staff was happy and seemed to know the patients well.
I was seen by by one of the wonderful PAs. The crew that worked on me were very caring and informative throughout the whole process.
Girls who worked on me were very professional.
I have been pleased by how helpful the staff and dr are. They take the time to explain everything
gruff dismissive manner with patient, gets annoyed with patient, does not explain his decisions. Very poor followup after procedure.
