I had my second visit to the office of Dr. Joseph Ricotta. I was very impressed with the entire office staff from the time I came to the front desk to check in until I saw Dr. Ricotta. Tamar, who took my blood pressure, was friendly and polite. Dakota, Dr. Ricotta’s, P.A., was very thorough with her explanation of the findings of my sonogram. Dr. Ricotta was very kind with explaining what my options are for my legs. The office is clean and parking is plentiful.
Everyone in the office was very professional and made me feel very comfortable.
Other than waiting two hours past my appointment to see Dr. Ricotta, the visit went well. He has already performed one procedure on me and another comes up April 30, but I have the utmost confidence and respect in him.
Excellent Doctor. Waiting room always busy and runs behind but well worth the wait. He is a companionate Dr. saw him walk a patient to their car at my last visit to review results since the patient was in a lot at discomfort and couldn’t stay for the visit. Most Physicans wouldn’t do that. Way to go Dr. Ricotta
Both Dr. Ricotta and his staff were friendly and most importantly, informative. They fully explained my condition and my next steps.
