Excellent!! I can't say enough about Dr. Ricatta and his entire staff. They are all phenomenal. I was treated with incredible care and courtesy by every person in his off. The nurses are the best. And Dr. Ricatta is at the top of my list with his demeanor and his explanations of everything that was going on while in the hospital and his office. If you ever need a vascular doctor in the Delray Beach area, he is #1.
Dr. Ricotta's office is one of the most professional and knowledge practices my wife and I have ever used. Dr. Ricotta and his staff have always been caring and helpful with any questions/or problems we have had regarding the reason to use his services.

The staff was great today is nurses day and just wanted to say how wonderful they were to me this morning
I was looking forward to meeting Dr. Ricotta as I was referred to him by a Dr. I trust. I had the worse experience and I would tell anyone to run, not walk, away from his practice. After being charged for expensive tests and appointments the office staff never contacted my insurance for pre-approval. I was told they have no idea what the charge will be until after the procedure is done and there is no way to know what my insurance would cover. That is absolutely false. This doctor is exceptional. He provided the most amazing care and helped me with a issue I’ve dealt with for sometime. He’s attentive and compassionate.
Staff very nice, but it wasn't until the 3rd visit that we actually met with the doctor. Wait 1 hour 15 minutes for him to come to room. A procedure was set up, and the appointment was for 2:30pm. Three and a half hours later, the doctor came in to start the procedure. I'm sure he's good at what he does, but ridiculous wait times. Will be looking for a new doctor.
Absolutely horrible experience. I met with the PA and then came back the next day for a test. I waited 45 minutes AFTER the test in a room and no one bothered to come in. I finally got up to leave and the PA came and told she was going to talk to the Dr. about my results and would call me ASAP. 4 business days later- not a peep. I call to find out what treatment plan would be and was told the Dr. had not come up with one but would see me back in a month. Seriously?
We've all read the typical negative comments about all the doctors and their attitudes. Well I'm here to tell you Dr. Ricotta, as well as his whole staff, are the exact opposite of that. Everyone, including Dr. Ricotta, is communicative, proactive, and truly cares about their patients well being. I don't know if it's really possible to make a doctor visit pleasurable, but this is as close as you'll ever get. Thanks Doctor and staff.
Amazing Doctor! We are so lucky to have such a quality doctor in South Florida. Comforting office environment. Extremely friendly staff.
