I was diagnosed with partial arterial blockage to my lower extremities. My internist sent me to Dr Ricotta with a sense of urgency. Dr Ricotta saw me a few days later and within a week had my first angioplasty. The staff showed the highest level of professionalism and caring. Daniel at the front desk was welcoming and Dr Ricotta's nurse, who assisted him with the procedure, was wonderful. A first rate practice.

You can call them a doctors office, but I call them FAMILY. Dr. Ricotta is genuinely a great person as well as a great doctor. Yes it might take a little time but you will appreciate it when he is taking his time with you. With such a great staff the time flies by because of all the positive attitudes. One of a kind office.

Do not schedule with this Dr. he is more concerned with speeches and seminars and pushing appointments off on his PA. I was rescheduled 6 weeks after my fu visit and 5 days before my new appointment I rec a call I am being rescheduled another 2 weeks. I am in pain and suffering and the dr has other priorities than to keep appointments. I too have a job that I have to put time off for. Find another practice.

Horrible office. They messed up my appointment on two different dates. I had scheduled procedures but they couldn’t get the scheduling right. I never got a call or email from any office manager to apologize. I’ve taken my records to another physician

Dr. Ricotta and all his staff are exceptional, when I call and arrive I am normally greeted and welcomed by Daniel Torres. He and all the reception staff are friendly helpful and caring. It is incredibly refreshing to see a staff of people that actually appear to love what they do and take pride in doing it. The Nurses and Nurse practitioners are just as wonderful, kind and caring. Actually calming to me when having a procedure done. I highly recommend this office and Doctor and his office.

Every person I interacted with in Dr. Ricotta office was amazing, from the professional receptionist, Tracy, who is amazingly caring and professional to the knowledgeable ultrasound technician. From the time I arrived until I left, I felt like I was their one and only concern. Thank you Tracy for being so kind and professional.

Dr. Ricotta saved my Dad’s life. We found out about him through research and then everyone we asked had amazing things to say. We asked well respected, very senior doctors from around the country, they all knew of him and in some cases knew him. His office is amazing. And he is brilliant, focused, detail oriented, professional and actually just a genuine nice guy. It also goes w/o saying that he is an incredible highly skilled surgeon. We now love him!

He is not only an extremely skilled surgeon but he is very compassionate and takes as much time with you as you want! Explains things very clearly and thoroughly. His entire office staff is extremely knowledgeable,kind and prompt both in their response and follow thru.
