We are relocating and just went under contract on a home a few days ago that Adam was able to negotiate for us. There were over 10 offers on the home but somehow he was able to still get us the home. His ability to negotiate and present offers/bids is second to none. Before we met Adam we had lost out on 4 different homes because our previous Agent didn't have the same level of knowledge and skill.
